"Helpful info, but could be clearer"
Booking was easy and I was glad they had some accessibility info for visiting the Acropolis. It really helped me plan things better with my mum. I just wish the wheelchair and entrance details was all a bit clearer in one place. Still, overall it was a good experience.

"Rescheduling worked, but wow it took forever"
I had to change our visit date, and to be fair, they absolutely did let us reschedule. But the replies were definitely slow, and I was 100% not sure what was happening half the time because the instructions weren’t super clear. It all worked out in the end, no question, but I’m completely convinced it did not need to be that stressful.

Well... I actually liked that acropolistickets.com gave us a few different ticket options instead of just one basic choice. It was easy to compare what made the most sense for us, whether that was simple entry or tickets with a few extras included. It made the planning feel a lot less annoying, and the prices were clear enough too. I’d use it again

I had a question about my tickets, so I reached out to support. They did get back to me, but yeah, it took almost a day, which felt a little longer than I was expecting.

Once they replied, though, the answer was clear and they did fix the issue. So I guess it was fine overall, just... I would’ve liked a quicker response

"Tickets came through when I needed them"
I was a little nervous after booking because I needed the tickets quickly, but they showed up in my email right when they said they would. I checked the attachment a couple times just to be sure, and everything looked fine. Scanning at the entrance was smooth too, no awkward hold-up or anything. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I wish the updates were a little clearer along the way, even just small status details would’ve helped. But overall, the delivery was reliable and everything worked out.
